Who We Are
Wulff Defense Solutions LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in California City, California. Founded and led by USMC veteran Jacob Douglas Wulff, we exist to close the gap between government demand and industrial execution—manufacturing support, precision metal finishing, and disciplined supply-chain delivery under ITAR and program quality requirements.
Our location near Edwards Air Force Base and the high-desert test enterprise is intentional: short logistics tails, faster coordination with test and operational customers, and a culture that treats every package as if a contracting officer will read it twice.
Quality, Compliance & Operating Discipline
We do not market slogans in place of systems. Every engagement is run through a clear operating rail: intake and data classification, bid discipline, complete submission packages, award-to-supplier execution, CUI control when technical data applies, and a cash path through government invoicing systems when awarded.
