02 Controlled Materials
Material and special-process inputs are verified before work moves forward. Domestic and DFARS expectations are checked where the contract requires them. Unclear pedigree does not enter production.
03 Process Discipline
Work moves through defined manufacturing and inspection steps with clear ownership. Partners under WDS control follow the same product requirements we own as prime.
04 Inspect Before You Ship
Critical dimensions, workmanship, packaging, and marking are checked against the order. First-article and lot inspection are used when the contract or risk calls for them — including AS9102-class FAI on applicable hardware.
05 Full Traceability
Lot history stays attached to the product: material, process, inspection, and pack records so the Government can see what was built and how it was accepted.
06 Fix It Before It Leaves
Nonconformances are contained, dispositioned, and corrected. We do not push bad product to meet a date. Stop-work and rework are tools we use — not last resorts we avoid.
